Wood Joinery: Pocket Holes, Butt Joints, & More
October 22 @ 12:30 pm – 2:30 pm CDT

Let’s put two pieces of wood together in different ways.
Kinda important when you want to build something out of wood, right? We’ll go over pre-drilling holes and a few basic ways of putting two boards together, including making pocket holes, butt joints, and other kinds of joinery.
If you’ve taken Wood Basics, you’ll be in great shape for this class. If not, don’t worry about it; it covers different things. In this class we’ll use a Krug system for the pocket holes. It’s a pretty cool system that we love!
You will learn:
- Tools and materials to have on hand
- Making pocket holes with the Krug System
- Creating basic corners
- Safety, safety, safety
Supplies Needed:
All supplies for the class will be provided for you, including safety gear.
